Assists in the mailroom opening, sorting, and distributing mail. Produces copies as needed by Human Resources. Assists in the mailroom processing outgoing mail. Helps process special mail outs. Helps collect shred bins and assists with transporting bins for shredding. Assists in the moving of stored records and makes special runs to the branches when called upon.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year Credit Union or other clerical experience.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds minimum and push shred bins weighing up to 300 pounds without difficulty.
Must be able to operate all machines utilized by the mail processing function.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be bondable.
Must have a valid Florida Driver License.
