- Full-time or Part-time currently available,
- Monday through Friday, Saturday & Sunday shifts available,
- Let us know your availability, days, nights, weekends, or a combination of both.
- Currently, available flexible shifts. First hired has a better opportunity for the shift they desire.
- Benefits first of the month after 30 days of employment; Health, dental, vision, 401k retirement, and company-paid life insurance. Including paid Federal Holidays and sick pay.
- 2 Weeks Vacation after one year worked.
- Should have transportation to and from the job site at Fort Carson, CO.
- Custodial Wages under the Federal Contract are as follows:
- Day Shift $17.20 per hour, plus health and welfare to pay for all your medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Evening Shift $18.20 per hour, plus health and welfare to pay for all your medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Requirements:SUMMARY
The Custodian performs work under the authority of the PDI Custodial Department and follows all supervision, direction, and oversight to meet contract-related guidelines, provisions, and goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety
- Follow procedures for the safe use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Follow safety procedures to check electrical appliances and equipment before use
- Notify the supervisor with recommendations about equipment repair and replacement
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
Custodial
- Mixes and prepares cleaning solutions according to manufacturer specifications and PDI safety guidelines
- Sweeps, scrubs, waxes and polishes floor
- Cleans rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture
- Dust furniture and equipment and polishes metalwork
- Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills
- Empties wastebaskets
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area
- Replenishes bathroom supplies
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways and office space
- Transports small equipment or tools between departments
- Sets up tables and chairs in the lunchroom, work centers, and other areas as required
