Job Description: Required to monitor, adjust, and maintain all equipment located from USDA stations through the chiller
Job Synopsis: Team member is responsible for maintaining all equipment past the maestro machines. This includes: cropper, neck breaker, fecal brushes, bird washes, ZEP system, bird un-loaders, and chiller. Team members will make adjustments throughout the day based on observations and production's input. Items that are monitored and maintained throughout the day include: water pressure, vacuum pressure, tension in the belt, and timing of the machines. Team member will check chlorine levels in the chiller every hour and make appropriate adjustments. Idle time should be spent on the floor helping production with any maintenance issues that may arise. Perform PM's as needed. Technicians may also be responsible for performing others jobs as they assigned by their supervisor. MG01
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of mechanic work experience documented in the work history section of the application or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program. (Can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 1 years)
Work Schedule: Sun (7am - 15:30pm) Mon (12:45pm - 21:15pm)
Thurs - Fri (12:45pm - 21:15)
Days Off: Tues & Wed
