FSR/Training Support

CommIT Enterprises, Inc. (CommIT) is looking for a FSR/Training Supportcandidate to join the team in New Orleans, LA. This hybrid position is contingent based on funding, and is in support of the GCSS-MC enterprise resource planning system. The GCSS-MC family of systems is the primary technology enabler for the United States Marine Corps Logistics Modernization (USMC LOGMOD) strategy, providing operating forces with modernized logistics information systems capable of deploying anywhere in the world, during peacetime or war. The FSR/Trainer provides training and analysis support with an emphasis and background in Supply and Maintenance expertise, Oracle Installed Base, and GCSS-MC/LCM Order Management expertise to assist the Functional Assist and Sustainment Training Team, Focused Training Assistance and Assessment for GCSS-MC/LCM Sustainment, Supply and Maintenance Analysis Team (SMAT) and LSCOs with GCSS-MC/LCM material readiness analysis requirements and training.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to-

• Ability to clearly, accurately, and thoroughly perform supply and maintenance readiness analysis and reporting, knowledge transfer, and training.
• Assist in the development of GCSS-MC/LCM process flows and the implementation of proper GCSS-MC/LCM processes and procedures.

Required Experience and Education:

• Minimum of five years work experience with GCSS-MC or similar DoD systems.
• Minimum of three years of instructor or analyst experience supporting Marine Corps or similar DoD efforts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Substitution: Seven years of Marine Corps experience, with supply or maintenance background within the Marine Corps Logistics Community.
• Demonstrated expertise with Marine Corps Policies, Orders and Directives pertaining to Supply, Maintenance, Financial and Maintenance Management functions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, SharePoint and web editing.
• Detailed experience with operational views, systems views, and other architecture products for the Logistics Enterprise Architecture based on the SCOR Model.

Security Clearance:

• Active Secret Clearance preferred, ability to obtain is also an option if Secret Clearance was previously held
• U.S. Citizenship
