- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the best fruits for their needs
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of different fruits, their flavors, and nutritional benefits
- Arrange and display fruits in an appealing and organized manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the fruit department
- Perform inventory management tasks such as restocking and rotating products
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing and calculating discounts
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly fruit department
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about different fruits
- Familiarity with technical sales, such as electronics sales, is a plus
- Excellent sales skills to promote and sell fruits effectively
- Proficient in English language for effective communication with customers
