As a Manager, Hotel & Villa Relations in FROSCH (CTJ), you will have the chance to utilize your creative problem-solving skills and engage with our clients to build relationships. Job Responsibilities:
- Increase commercial performance of existing hotel and villa partnerships through robust account management and supporting relationships in a style that is consistent with the FROSCH brand
- Manage contracts of existing hotel and villa partnerships
- Ensure competitiveness by improving and maintaining product quality, including rates, offer depth and inventory availability
- Participate in commercial discussions with hotel and villa partners, including their contribution to ancillary programs, fees and commission levels.
- Establish and proactively engage with key internal departments to positively influence the portfolio's performance
- Analyze and understand customer demand and maximize availability to satisfy that demand.
- Curate & contract hotels within the assigned portfolio through commercially driven decision making and on the most compelling commercial terms as required.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- At least two years of account management experience within Luxury Travel required.
- High level of commercial acumen, and an analytical and commercial mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team, balancing a busy workload, multiple projects, and hotelier meetings
- Understanding of hotel distribution, rates and inventory management
- Strong communication skills and an innate ability to engage people
- Analytical, data-driven decision making
- Attention to detail and exemplary follow up.
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft Office (spreadsheet proficiency is a must), and quick adoption of new databases and systems
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Proficiency in Sabre highly preferred
- Familiarity with Photoshop and Adobe InDesign is preferred
