SalaryAs a Front Office Specialist, you will engage directly with our patients and be the face of our business. You will ensure an exceptional patient experience by performing a wide variety of complex administrative tasks to support patient care delivery. You will be able to use your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment where you’ll never have the same day twice!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Working at the reception desk, answering phones, and greeting and communicating with patients, clinical staff, and Providers.
- Checking in patients and properly documenting registration.
- Verifying insurance and other pertinent patient information.
- Collecting co-pays and payments from patients.
- Entering charges and payments into the software system.
- Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Six months of related customer service experience and/or training preferred.
