Front Office Receptionist

Hi,

My name is Dr. Dan, and I am looking for an energetic, friendly people person who would like to join my growing practice. We are located in West Frisco, Texas. We are a general dentist office, that see families of all ages.

The Role: You will be at the Front Office check in, greeting clients that enter and answering all phone calls that may be coming through. You are the friendly face of my practice and I hope you make everyone visiting Core Dentistry feel special. Behind the scenes you will learn dental insurance, and how to utilize our digital software to enter in data for our patients.

I am specifically hiring for someone who:

Works well with computers, can type well, converse well on the phone, and has the ability to learn new material.

Willing to build relationships with clients!

Dental experience is highly recommended, but anyone used to working in a office setting with computers is encouraged to apply.

Job Duties Include:

Dress professionally to work, looking their best.

Greeting patients to our practice

Answering phone calls and promoting Core Dentistry to potential clients.

Must be willing to train and learn Dental Insurance, attaining eligibility, benefits from websites, phone, fax.

Must be okay with being on social media, and going to events outside of the office.

Be able to explain costs of care to patients

Maintaining a clean working space in the office.

Be a team player, works well with others.

Report to the Manager or Dentist with all communications.

Able to learn Dental Terminology.

Skills:

Fluent in speaking English. Spanish is a bonus, but not mandatory.

Using Windows based computers and Apple iPad

Keyboard typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

Excels in math and performing calculations

Great Verbal Skills,

Loves to carry out conversations

Work Hours

Hours: Mon, Wed, Thurs, 9-5pm and Tue 10am-7pm, Sat 9am-2pm (two Saturdays a month)
