```Duties```
- Manage and oversee all Front Office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services.
- Ensure excellent guest relations by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest concerns or issues.
- Supervise Front Office staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a Front Office management role or similar position preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry is a plus.
