Salary- Greets all patients in a warm, inviting and professional manner
- Knowledge of office staff and basic operations to direct walk in persons to the correct department
- Obtains and enters all pertinent paperwork to register patients in a timely manner
- Collects all applicable co-payments, deductibles and balances
- Maintains updated schedules in the EMR system
- Accurately prepares charts at a minimum of one business day in advance for the next day
- Maintains a pleasant and clean patient waiting area
- Completes daily closing procedures and balances all payments at the end of the day
- Basic knowledge of other related job areas in need of coverage
- Speak Spanish and help translate information to Spanish speaking patients

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Experience:
- Previous Front Office experience preferred
- Computer experience preferably with an EMR
