Better Hearing Now! is a leading provider of hearing healthcare services in Merritt Island, Florida. We are currently seeking a Front Office Lead to join our team on a full-time, hourly basis. As the Front Office Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and serving as the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the Front Office operations and provide support to the hearing specialists and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about our services
- Manage the patient intake process, including daily verification of insurance and collecting co-payments
- Maintain the Front Office area and ensure it is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Coordinate with hearing specialists and other team members to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
- Train and supervise Front Office staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee inventory management and order office supplies as required
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned
- Maintain office cleanliness
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in business administration or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other computer software programs
- Familiarity with medical billing and insurance verification processes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
