Opportunity available for a knowledgeable radiology office professional at our newly built Imaging Center in Murrieta Located next to Loma Linda Hospital. In this Front Desk position you'll:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive, providing exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using phone and Software systems
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient information accurately
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- At least one year experience in Imaging Office or Medical Office REQUIRED
-Insurance Verification and Authorization experience
- Familiarity with medical scheduling software, EHR/EMR, PACS/RIS, Medical Coding
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
