Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and providing support to both staff and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent computer literacy, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support.
Duties:
- Manage all front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Coordinator or similar role
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic accounting principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
