Schedule patient appointments accurately, taking into account provider availability and patient preferences.
Patient Check-In and Registration:
Welcome patients to the clinic and facilitate the check-in process efficiently.
Collect patient information, update records, and verify insurance coverage as needed.
Insurance Verification:
Verify patient insurance coverage with insurance providers to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
Communicate insurance information to patients and address any questions or concerns.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide outstanding customer service to patients, caregivers, and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries, scheduling changes, and other administrative needs.
Administrative Support:
Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a healthcare front office or medical receptionist role preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
