Front of the house/ Banquet Manager -
MUST have at least 5 years of management experience and service and letters of recommendation. You must be able to start working February 7th, 2024
MUST be available Wednesday- Saturday 12pm-9pm and Sunday 11am-2pm
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage and banquet operations, including dining room daily operation, catering and bartending.
-Execute all banquet and catering events with the staff, including set up and break down.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings that meet members expectations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures.
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional service.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and ensure seamless operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including fine dining service,
catering, banquets, and bartending.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
