Job Duties:

- Have a strong knowledge on current menus

- Execute the steps of service

- Create a comfortable and memorable guest experience

- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant

- Interact with guests with a friendly and accommodating attitude

- Side tasks; prepare for and set up for success

- Package to-go orders accurately

- Answer phone calls

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and to keep organized mentally

- Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the business as requested

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older to apply

- Be mature and professional

- Have a positive, team-oriented attitude

- Have passion and PRIDE for your work

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Strong understanding of hospitality

- 2 years prior experience of customer service; restaurant experience preferred
