Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and delivering outstanding service to our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner upon arrival
• Seat customers and provide them with menus, utensils, and beverages
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food promptly and ensure orders are delivered correctly to the appropriate tables
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, including clearing tables and wiping down surfaces
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and replenishing condiments and other necessities.
• Stock and replenish Front of House supplies as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Note: You don't really need to know or understand Vietnamese to work here, so don't worry about the language barrier.
