As a Back of House Team member, you will play a crucial role in the effectiveness of our team and the success of our business. Kitchen Team Members are primarily responsible for providing remarkable food service in the Back of House and showing care for our guests by focusing on delivering, cooking, and preparing excellent food, providing accurate service, maintaining a clean environment, and offering genuine hospitality. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Cook and prepare food following all Chick-fil-A recipes and guidelines
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Full time, open availability required. Flexibility to work during morning and daytime & evening hours, including weekends.
• Basic computer competency.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for up to 9 hours, and be physically active for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and Team Members.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
