Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of our restaurant
• Multi-task quickly, yet thoroughly demonstrating a strong sense of urgency
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A's policies and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
