Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Front of House, including but not limited to the bartenders, servers, hosts, to-go team, and bussers.
Lead and motivate a team of Front of House staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen and back of House management to ensure seamless communication and coordination between front and back of House operations.
Manage inventory levels for Front of House supplies, including but not limited to, smallwares, cafe supplies, and paper products, to ensure smooth service and minimize waste.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance the overall guest experience.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in all Front of House areas, including dining areas, bars, and restrooms, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist with scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations for Front of House staff.
Collaborate with other Front of House Managers to share best practices, address challenges, and foster a positive team environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry, with a strong understanding of Front of House operations. Preferably at least 5 years.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices for food service establishments.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
