Job Description
Our ideal candidate will have -
- A strong background in managing upscale dining establishments with a focus on Japanese cuisine, specifically sushi
- 2+ years in an NYC fine dining management role
- A passion for Japanese cuisine & culture
- Extensive wine, sake and spirits knowledge
- Fluent in Japanese is a plus, although not required
Compensation is $78,500 - $85,000 DOE
