We are seeking a skilled and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental practice.
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the dental office scheduling system
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Collect patient information and update records
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with dental coding and billing tasks
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in a dental office setting is a must
-Knowledge's of Dentrix
- Strong knowledge of dental billing
- Familiarity with dent records management and collection procedures
- Proficient in using dental office software systems for scheduling, billing, and record keeping
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
