The Build Experience engineering team is part of the Software Delivery organization that is responsible for building and delivering the state-of-the-art operating systems, applications, and firmware to Apple customers. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering applications and services to improve productivity of the teams within Apple, and you’ll collaborate across departments to help craft solutions for Apple’s build system. Description
Engineers in the team take part in every aspect of the software development lifecycle. We work in a fast-paced environment, and are responsible for hands-on coding of critical system components. We have constructive design discussions, learn from each other, and use our experience to guide and teach. We partner closely with developer tools and software developer productivity teams to build the best productivity tools for Apple engineers. Onboarding will be easier for you if you have hands-on experience with one of these technologies: Vue.js, React, or similar front-end technologies. And have experience developing highly available, high throughput, distributed systems. Some other technologies that’s relevant to this role is workflow orchestration, relational and non-relational databases, message queueing, application container orchestration and cloud deployment.
Education & Experience
BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics (or equivalent experience)

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,500 and $243,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
