About the Role: MicroHealth is looking for a Front End Developer at our dynamic and innovative company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that align with our business goals and enhance user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine user interfaces for our web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Utilize your strong knowledge of CSS and JavaScript to implement responsive and interactive designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.
- Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices.
- Manage the re-skin of an existing legacy application.
- A minimum of 8 years experience; 4 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with Java development is a plus (at least 1 year).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
