- Gather & document requriements for existing dynamic websites
- Design, develop and test front-end SharePoint and HTML websites on classified and unclassified domains creating compatible appearance, layout, and features of existing or preceding websites. Perform modifications as needed.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end code.
- Identify UI problems and bugs and devise elegant solutions.
- Understand the user journey and keeping an open mind for ways to improve UX.
- Make strategic technical decisions related to new products and functionalities.
- Help maintain code quality.
- Manage website content to include produce product layouts in Microsoft (MS) Word
- Support digital product dissemination across the client agency.
- Provide MS SharePoint (SP) administration.
- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science or related field (website design e.g.,) from an accredited college or university, 5 years experience can be subsituted for a college degree
- TS/SCI clearance
- Must have 1-3 years of front-end web development experience
- Ability to create SharePoint out of the box forms, custom lists, libraries, (client-side rendering custom code) and to edit master pages.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Dreamweaver, Acrobat Pro - Custom Forms, Microsoft 365 Office Suite and SharePoint Services.
- Proficiency in XML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript es5 or 6 is a must with a deep knowledge of web fundamentals
- Knowledge of JSON, jQuery & jQuery plugins, extensions, Bootstrap 3, and validation tools for customer web forms.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks including modern front-end libraries (e.g. Vue)
- Ability to develop workflows in MS Power Automate, Apps, and Power BI.
- Must have experience with responsive designs.
- Must have a solid grasp of development and testing methodologies, object-oriented programming, and automated software testing.
- Must have experience developing within a web framework e.g. Ruby on Rails, Angular, Django, Spring etc.

- Attention to detail
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience handling US classified documents between classified network domains.
