Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service at the Front End of the store
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized Front End area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient customer service
- Previous experience in jewelry sales, technical sales, or electronics sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy Front End area
