Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator

At Front Range Dental Center our family, general, and cosmetic dentistry team in Fort Collins consists of some of the nation’s best dentists, dedicated to helping their dental patients achieve beautiful, dazzling smiles. We strive not to simply “fix things when they are broken” but instead instill a practice of regularly maintaining good dental health. We believe in educating our dental patients about the benefits of preventive dental care through proper dental care and regular check-ups.

Currently, our office is seeking a Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice! The ideal candidate will possess prior dental experience in addition to being personable, cheerful and demonstrate a willingness to speak to anyone!

Duties/Responsibilities

• Follow-Up on patient treatment plans.
• Maintain a full practice schedule to include filling gaps in the calendar.
• Greet and welcome patients to the practice.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed.
• Assist patients with filling out new patient forms.
• Update patient records and document recent treatments and procedures.
• Verify methods of payment and collect payments as needed.
• Perform general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
• Verify patients' health insurance, explain insurance benefits, and follow up on insurance claims.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dental office experience
• Eaglesoft experience preferred
• Team- Player, Outgoing and Personable
• High School Diploma

Salary Range

$23 - $26/hr (Dependent on Experience)
