Front Desk/Rover (Part-Time)

Schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday: 6:00 pm - 2:00 am

Position Overview: The Front Desk/Roversupports the property by managing operations of all visitor, and reception responsibilities, cordially and professionally answering and routing a high volume of calls, assisting with various administrative functions, and working on special projects as needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees.
• Assist residents with any questions or concerns.
• Receive packages and register them in the system.
• Answer phone calls.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Patrol the premises to identify emergencies and unauthorized persons.
• Watching for suspicious activity/observing and reporting.

Requirements:

• An HS Diploma is required
• Proficient with Microsoft MS programs; Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Must have strong time management skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Bilingual a plus
