Front Desk/Medical Assistant

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY REQUIRED:

Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm

EVERY OTHER SATURDAY 9AM-1PM

MUST BILINGUAL CANDIDATE(English/Spanish)

Front Desk Agent/Medical Assistant

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Check patients in and out
-Insurance verification
- Answer phone calls
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with scheduling
- Ensure rooms are clean and ready for patients

-Scan Documents into patient chart

-Check Faxes

-Phlebotomy/vitals
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer (Office 365)
- Previous experience in a similar role is required

-Certified Medical Assistant(required)

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
