SalaryJob Summary: Dawn Patrol Yoga is expanding studios within the yoga and fitness industry and we need a part time Front Desk Assistant.
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk person to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve managing the Front Desk operations, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Register guests, show them around the studios, and answer any questions.
- Provide information our studios.
- Answer phone calls and text messages.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly, if you do not know the answer, reach out to the manager/owner for help.
- Process payments, maintain accurate records and notes about members.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and organizing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area, and help clean after fitness classes.
- Sell memberships, packages, and retail items.
Skills:
- Previous experience working Front Desk at yoga or fitness studios is required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Proficient in using office management software and phone systems - We use Mindbody.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
