Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Provide information about services
- Answer phone calls
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents
Experience
- Previous experience in a clerical or customer service role preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience working in an beauty business is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
