The ideal individual shows grace under pressure, prefers a fast-paced environment, shows great attention to detail, has a positive customer service philosophy, and has great retention skills. Responsibilities include: scheduling appointments, answering telephones, assisting clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical charts, accepting and discharging patients, retail sales, completing financial transactions, vaccine reminders, client education, and filing. Must type at least 35 wpm, be computer literate, and be able to lift up to 30 pounds without difficulty. We especially enjoy meeting applicants with previous experience.
