We are looking for out-going, enthusiastic individuals with an eye for detail to join our opening team at Kaiya Club Residences.  Our Front Desk Supervisor will support the guest services team who provide reservation and concierge services to our owners, club members and vacation renters. You will be an integral member of the team and provide our guests with an exceptional, memorable experience of the resort.


  • Answer the telephone, provide assistance with reservations and guest requests, making recommendations based of knowledge of local area and resort amenities
  • Greet guests on arrival, provide information about location and features of their unit
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk, lobby and other guest facing areas and notify manager or maintenance of issues that require attention
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner, offering solutions or accommodating special requests as best as possible with the highest level of professionalism
  • Work as a team and effectively communicate with management, other departments and team members to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by owners, members and guests.
  • Flexible schedule – available to work morning, afternoon and evenings, weekdays and weekends as well as holidays.
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management

 

  • Must possess a positive attitude, respect all team members, owners, members, guests, and desire to deliver exceptional guest service at all times.
  • Previous experience in luxury concierge or Front Desk role is required.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English proficiently.
  • Must be professional and neatly groomed.
  • High School or equivalent education preferred.
