LA Fitness, America's premier fitness and sports club chain is quickly growing throughout the United States and has an immediate opening for a qualified Front Desk Supervisor. (Supervisory or management experience preferred as a prerequisite for consideration). Responsibilities of the Front Desk Supervisor include:
- Provide excellent customer service to members and provide a timely resolution for any escalated issue.
- Meet and exceed revenue goals while still providing a high level of customer service.
- Provide a friendly, clean, well maintained state-of-the-art facility to enhance the member's experience.

- At least one year management experience is preferred, but not needed
- Retail, food, hospitality experience is a plus
- Customer service skills
- Excellent, professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts
- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Must be courteous and tactful
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Highly organized
- Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 8am-5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
