Your primary responsibilities:
· Answering phone calls with the best customer service ever.
· Greeting patients with the best customer service ever.
· Making sure paperwork is done correctly.
· Scheduling
· Calling Leads, cold leads
· Confirmation phone calls
· New patient tours
Foundational Requirements:
· Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
· Strong understanding of Google & Excel spreadsheets and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs.
· Reliable daily transportation to work.
· Flexible, organized & able to multitask while meeting deadlines.
· Highly effective communicator and conversationalist.
· Have a strong background in customer service, in person & on the phone.
· You can multi-task like a boss!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
