WE ARE HIRING for the Front Desk Team! The Front Desk / Sales Team works with the Team to deliver a world-class experience to guests with every visit. This is accomplished through flawless execution of our operational standards, genuinely caring about guests and working with the team so every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
The Front Desk acts as a concierge and is responsible for guiding and educating guests through each visit, scheduling appointments, operating the Front Desk, building team members up and representing the Renaissance Brand.
PAY: HOURLY, plus Bonus
SCHEDULE: The schedule varies Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m., and 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

The deliverables for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Operational Responsibilities: Demonstrates Commitment to Delivering a World Class Guest and Experience and Upholds all Renaissance Operational Standards.
- Commitment to Delivering a World Class Guest Experience: Demonstrates a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with Guests. Is expected to greet Guests with a smile, eye contact and courteous tone. Is able to anticipate Guest needs and respond accordingly by providing direction, information and support. Consistently seeks for ways to improve the Guest experience by sharing Guest feedback with leadership, and collaborates effectively with the team to implement ideas.
- Represents The Renaissance Values and Mission Leads by example, respects fellow team members, leaders and guests, encourages community, is passionate about the guest experience and wellness, works efficiently, focuses on personal, professional and team growth, approaches responsibilities with a growth mindset and has fun in all things!
- Upholds Renaissance Operational Standards: Executes daily responsibilities to standard including Guest check in procedures, daily cleaning tasks, restocking, and preventative maintenance tasks as assigned by team leader.
- Drives Performance results in financial targets and achieves and/or exceeds KPIs. Achieves sales goals, encourages guest retention, and services targets for all other established Key Performance Indicators ( KPI’s).
Leadership Responsibilities: Is dedicated to Helping the Team Win and Focused on Performing tasks with Excellence.
- Helping the Team Win: Brings positive energy to every shift and looks for ways to help others. Is approachable and kind with fellow Team Members, and guests. Finds ways to challenge themselves and others to be and bring their best to the shift. Is expected to proactively offer help to other Team Members when tasks are completed.
- Executing the Role with Excellence: Solicits feedback from Team Members and Operations Manager, doesn’t wait for feedback to be given to level up performance. Quickly applies feedback provided by the lead and the OM to improve performance. Shows accuracy when inputting Guest information into our systems. Completes cleaning and restocking tasks accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
