SalaryOur growing company is seeking a highly self-motivated, positive individual with great organization and communication skills to join our Front Desk Team. This is a one-of-a-kind office with a tremendous focus on providing a high level of customer service. We offer opportunities for advancement and are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Tasks:
The requirements listed below are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Maintain a full schedule of patients daily
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Coordinate financial arrangements for the patient's portion of dental treatment costs
- Complete all appointment confirmations in a timely manner and adjust the schedule accordingly to maintain a smooth patient flow
- Maintain a clean and well-organized office
- Support our clinical staff
Qualifications:
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- A friendly, positive personality
- Great administrative and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
- True compassion for others
