Medical Front Desk Registrar Opportunity

Care Station Medical Group is a multi-specialty group practice with offices located in Union, Essex and Hudson counties. We are looking to add dependable people to our staff. We have a busy, friendly working environment. We offer competitive salary and benefits.

We currently hiring for:

• Springfield Office working 3:15pm - 9:00pm 4 shifts during the weekday (Monday - Friday) AND alternating Saturday and Sunday 7:30am - 6:00pm

OR

• Floater working in the Linden and Springfield Offices working 3:15pm - 10:00pm (4 shifts during the week and alternating weekends)

We seek highly motivated individuals who are passionate about patient care, possess strong interpersonal skills, and able to function independently.

To be considered, you must have at least 1 year of experience working in a medical environment, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting patients in a friendly manner, verifying insurance, accepting insurance copays and patient payments, entering patient demographics into the computer, scanning, faxing and answering phones. Discharging patients, making future appointments.

Good communication skills and electronic health records experience a must, bilingual in Spanish a plus.
