Front Desk Receptionist

• Looking for a motivated Front Desk Receptionist for an extremely busy and fast paced doctor’s office. Needs to be able to multi task, quick leaner, attention to detail, understand insurances and be able to collect copays and deductibles.
• Some responsibilities would be
• Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
• Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
• Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
• Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
• Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
