Part Time Front Desk Receptionist: Pay: $20-25/ hour starting Salary
Timings: Mon-Fri 4-8pm and Saturday 3-7pm
Qualification Requirement:
- Candidate must be min Associate Degree holder. Degree will be plus
- Candidate must have min 1 year customer relationship experience
- Front Desk experience with any kid's activity place/ Educational institute will be plus
- Candidate must have positive attitude and Enthusiasm toward public communication.
- Strong organization and management skills will be plus.
Main Responsibilities:
- Taking registration for new students, updating database accordingly. Attending Phone calls and fixing appointments for new admissions.
- Maintaining Website with latest information and updating with new art works.
- Managing and Updating Students absences, make ups and responding to emails on day to day base.
- Maintaining daily database with existing students, discontinuing students, new admissions, waiting list etc.
- Scheduling appointments and parent teacher meetings.
- Customer Service / Marketing Duties: Good communication skills with handling gallery visiting customers with utmost care and courtesy.
- Excel in speaking with friendly manner to hold the customer interaction. Managing appointments for meeting, handling new registrations, and providing information for new inquiries.
- Marketing and promoting brand advertisement through social media and online shopping sites
- Contacting Art Collectors and finding possible ways to promote gallery and increase sales.
- Social media marketing and creating brand awareness time to time. Pleasant appearance and always showing enthusiasm towards attending customers.
- Positive attitude to learn new apps and implementation time to time based on requirement.
Other Duties:
- Daily sanitizing classrooms, materials, front door etc
- Keeping clean and sanitized atmosphere all the time.
- Checking temperature for all students and customers and keeping 6 feet distance between them on daily basis.
- Always helpful with positive attitude and work as a team
Health Guidelines: Candidate should be healthy in general and not having any big health issues which can interrupt day to day work.
