SalarySeeking a part time receptionist to assist residents and guests of our premier assisted living / memory care senior living community.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and direct all visitors.
Maintains visitor logs.
Answer incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate staff members.
Schedule appointments
Maintain security by following policies and procedures.
Responding to alarms; monitoring surveillance systems; reporting incidents; etc.
Maintain a clean and orderly office environment.
Administrative duties as needed.
Data entry as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Adhere to office policies and procedures.
Monitor office supplies and report on inventory.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
