Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the Front Desk
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide administrative support to medical staff, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Assist with medical billing and coding tasks as needed

- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
