Clear Lakes Dental provides exceptional care in preventative, restorative and other dental services in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. Started in 2017, we currently have two office locations – Robbinsdale & East St Paul – with more offices to open during 2023.
What We Are Looking For
Enthusiastic, passionate team members! We are a dental practice that treats patients of all ages. Currently, we are searching for full time Front Desk Receptionists that are able to welcome and check in our patients. Front Desk receptionists will enjoy the excitement of a high quality, fast paced practice. We have a strong team. Best of all, there is NO prior dental office experience is needed and we provide 100% fully paid training!
What We Offer
Competitive hourly rate starting at $16.00. Incremental raises based on performance (not time) up to $18.50. Plus, we have a bonus program that is unlimited.

Responsibilities
- Greeting patients as they walk in and notifying clinical team when patients are ready.
- Scanning documents and updating patient’s profile.
- Updating patient ledger with incoming payments and collecting payment from patients (if applicable).
These are the main responsibilities, but there will be other duties as well. All of this is completed in a team environment! CLD team members are patient and organized so that they smoothly sort out potential obstacles in a timely manner, creating a calm environment for the patients, the team and yourself!
