Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents
- Coordinate projects and events as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Experience:
-MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer software such as Appfolio Property Management Software and Microsoft Word.
- Experience working in a property management office is a plus.
