Front Desk Receptionist

Are you bubbly and chatty? We have the job for you!!!! Be the voice of the company and help patients feel they have made the right choice for their healthcare. Intake specialist is a fulfilling and fast paced position, you will never be bored.

General Duties include:

-Checking patients in and out

-Collect copays and deductibles

-Manage your cash deposit

-Keep reception and lobby area clean

-Schedule Patients either by phone or faxes for all modalities

-Ensure when scheduling to fill all gaps

-Answer Phones and maintain quality customer service at all times

-Work on Order list throughout the day

-Work on fax list

-Assist is the training of new hires (when needed)

-Handle Spanish calls and assist with translations in office (as needed)

-Assist in answering questions for the Radiology Tech’s

-Eligibility for PPO insurances and assist with HMO insurance for walk ins

-Any additional tasks assigned.

Must have valid driver's license

Travel between local offices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
