Offers a number of different non-invasive treatments to help clients reach their aesthetic goals. Beauty Bungalow is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist that can help our fast growing business. We are looking to add a bubbly and driven individual to our team!

Front Desk Management

• Bubbly personality greeting our customers in person and over the phone
• Being able to answer phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Educated on the technologies that we provide to be able to answer clients questions and or concerns
• Organizing each clients file
• Giving clients the proper forms and after care instructions for before and after their treatments
• opening and closing duties of the store
• occasionally doing laundry (towels) to have them ready for the next client
• Be able to process payments through our merchant processor
• Sales skills, to sell some of our product
• Will be able to fill out Daily Sales Reports
• Explain pricing breakdowns to new clients
• possible marketing skills would be a bonus! (can assist in advertising)
• MONDAYS, WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAYS ARE A MUST

Required Skills:

• Previous Front Desk Experience
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be a team player
• Must have excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to meet production, quality, and service standards
• Must be Organized
• Ability to type fast and multitask

Pay: $17.00- $22.00 per hour
