Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and route to appropriate person.
- Check-in clients and collect payments
- Assist with filing, scanning, faxing, and organizing documents
- Provide excellent customer service and address clients inquiries or concerns
- Perform general office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred, but not necessary
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
