Front Desk Receptionist For Cosmetic/Aesthetic Clinic

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and verifying insurance. This individual must have excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Scheduling appointments
• Verifying Insurance information
• Basic Computer Knowlege

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Beauty & cosmetics sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Arcadia, CA 91006 (Preferred)

Job-related location requirement:

• Candidates must be within a 25-mile radius.
