The Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests, answering the telephone, answering inquires, directing calls and providing excellent customer service. Administrative tasks are also required of this position. Greet and direct customers to proper area by name when possible. Must be enthusiastic, positive, outgoing, friendly, and professional.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in operating multiple-line phones
- Excellent people and communication skills
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred
- A team player, ability to work well with others
- Good computer skills
- Good verbal and written skills, including proper English and grammar
- Demonstrates initiative to take-on work and keep busy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize the workload in a fast-paced work environment
- Professional appearance and attire
- Bilingual
Education: High School Degree
Hours: Full time. Pay is $13.00 per hour.
