Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained - Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette - Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations - Proficiency in using Front Desk software and office equipment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note: Multilingual skills are a plus.
